Playing Cash Games

Also known as Ring Games, it is cash games that you'll usually see the likes James Bond and Danny Ocean playing on the big screen.

It's in this form of the game that you take real money to the tables and this can often result in big wins or loses! However, unlike the films you won't face a situation whereby you're car keys or house deeds are in the middle - you can only lose as much as you take to the table!

All of our available forms of poker are available to play as cash games and below is a brief lowdown on cash games on Virgin Poker

Buy-Ins

As a standard rule the buy-in limits are as below:

Minimum Table Buy-in: 20x Big Blind
Maximum Table Buy-in: 100x Big Blind

Re-Buying

If at any point you wish to bring more money to the table simply click the ‘Cashier' tab in the bottom left hand corner of the screen and add more chips from your bankroll.

Re-joining a Table

If you have been playing on a table and you leave it you will only be able to re-join it if you return with an equal or greater number of chips than you left with. If you wish to re-join the same table with fewer chips you will have to sit out for 1 hour. This rule is to stop players hiding their table success from others.

Player Limits

Players can go on tilt if they go on a bad run and we don't want people losing all of their bankroll during such a period so there are loss limits which we set on all players to try and control this.

The default player limits are below but if you would like your own limits either increased or decreased then please contact us at help@virgingames.com and we will assess each request individually.
